About the league
Courses are over parkland, often multiple laps and suitable for spikes.
These races are very well attended, are very competitive and are an excellent challenge for all standards of club runner. Whilst all abilities take part, the general standard is high and many elite runners are in the field.
The men's races consist of courses of about 10km in length, while the women's races are about 6km. There are also veterans' teams.
A men's team needs five members to score and the women's team needs three members to score.
