Club Handicap
THIS IS YOUR CHANCE TO WIN A TROPHY! AND CHOCOLATES!
Everyone has an equal chance of winning a Handicap race as the fastest set off last, some about 20 minutes later than the first and it’s only 4.25 miles!
It’s fancy dress too! (any theme). This year runners must be in fancy dress in order to win a prize.
The winner is presented with the club’s handicap trophy. The first 3 back win chocolates.
In addition, the fancy dress costumes are judged and 3 prizes of chocolates awarded. There’s usually a high standard of entries!
Please be there by 9.30 at the latest to register with “Mystic Meg” and find out your Handicap.
Then there will be the final instructions and a group photo before the first runners are set off.
Afterwards there will be light refreshments including mulled wine. Please bring your own cup/mug for the mulled wine!
