Farnham Runners impress at Hart 4 Trail Relay Race

Organised by Hart Road Runners, this popular annual event involves teams of 4 people completing as many 4K laps as possible on a traffic free, trail course in the picturesque woods at Minley Manor in 4 hours.

With a selection of refreshments available at the race village and a fantastic venue; spot prizes, medals for all competitors and trophies for the lucky winners and music supplied by Frimley Park Radio, runners representing clubs from far and near seemed to thoroughly enjoy taking part in this well organised event.

Team, ‘We Love to Run’ from Farnham Runners with Linda Tyler, Lindsay Bamford, Sue Tayor and Bridget Naylor completed 12 laps in total to come 4th in the Female Team category. All did incredibly well to run 4K laps consistently in the heat of the day, with teamwork and cakes to keep them going!
